  • Email us at orders@flofare.com  within 7 days of receiving the shipment.
  • Restocking Fee: A 15% restocking fee applies to all returns.
  • Condition for Credit: Items must be unused, undamaged, and sellable; otherwise, no credit will be issued.
  • Tracking Numbers: Save tracking numbers; not responsible for lost packages.
  • Notification: Email notification upon receipt and processing of return; credit applied within 3-5 business days.
